AMERISTAR-ST CHARLES SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET. We went to visit my daughter on Sunday and we stopped at Ameristar for their brunch. I have to say it was not up to par. It is usually pretty good. They needed more vegetables. I didn't care for the potatoes. I prefer regular hash browns. The service was good. Lunch SpecialMonday- Saturday: 10:30am-3:00pm.Served with pork fried rice or white rice: Free choice of soup (wonton, egg drop, hot and sour) or egg roll or crab Rangoon.
